Oklahoma native and Country Music Hall of Famer Garth Brooks has announced his fifth "Dive Bar Tour" stop. The concert will be at the Dusty Armadillo in Rootsville, Ohio, on Monday, Oct. 28.
Brooks had teased that he would be coming to the Buckeye State during his Inside Studio G live stream on Monday night. "This is gonna be like coming home for us," Brooks said in the video as he referred to Ohio as a number one fan state.
Fans can listen to Brooks' and fellow Oklahoma native Blake Shelton's new single, Dive Bar which inspired by Brooks Dive Bar Tour by streaming it exclusively on Amazon Music.
Brooks' trip through Northeast Ohio will be the fifth stop on his planned seven-date Dive Bar Tour. He has visited Chicago, Bakersfield, New Braunfels, Texas, and will perform in Sanford, Florida on Wednesday. The tour takes its name from Brooks' current single, “Dive Bar,” which features Blake Shelton.
The website says all tickets are free and can only be won by country radio. No details yet on which stations will have the tickets. Brooks’ other stops on the Dive Bar Tour include Chicago, Bakersfield, Calif., New Braunfels, Texas, and Sanford, Fla.
